What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 500 pairs per design for OEM orders. For stock products, MOQ is 100 pairs per style. We also accept sample orders of 1-2 pairs for quality testing.
What is your lead time?
Sample development: 7-10 days. Bulk production: 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation. Expedited production available for urgent orders.
What materials do you use?
We primarily use EVA, rubber, PU, and fabric. All materials are eco‑friendly and comply with REACH, RoHS, and California Prop 65 standards.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes. We provide full OEM/ODM services from design concept to mass production. Our in‑house design team can create custom molds, colors, and packaging based on your requirements.
What certifications do you have?
Our factory is certified with BSCI, SA8000, and SEDEX. We are also compliant with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
Can I get free samples?
Yes, we offer free samples for quality evaluation. Shipping costs are to be covered by the buyer. Samples are usually ready within 7 days.
